I recently purchased a Lexmoto XDV 125cc and the service that I received was 10/10, The staff were extremely helpful and very easy to talk too, they didn't have it in stock at the time but they were more than happy to order one in and to my shock within 4 days I received a phone call to say that they had it there and it was ready for delivery. they delivered it locally free of charge as well and I must add the driver was very polite and helpful too. I can't recommend them enough, All round great experience.

I found the owner and staff very honest and helpful the advice from Abdul was brilliant I will use them again I've had 4 bikes from them and there great service and advice is brilliant ????

Very happy with service I received from zack and Abdul would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle bought a gsxr 1000 2007 very happy with my purchase

Brought my XSR700 in for a full service and MOT and had brilliant customer service throughout, they went through the bike top to bottom making sure everything was in 100% condition and handed it perfect ready for the summer season. Thank you!

I recently bought a motorbike from here and they are very friendly and welcoming. They had a great range of affordable prices and they really know their stuff well. Have not been to a better shop yet and can proudly say I'm a customer for life.

I've now bought 2 motorcycles from these guys my latest being a kawasaki z125 and I've been very very happy with both motorcycles that I've bought from these guys. I found Zac the sales assistant both very helpful and very knowledgeable and Abdul the same, both helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys and business to both new and old riders. Once again I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

I bought my first bike here and Abdul opened the shop for me on Christmas eve so I could ride over Christmas. Being a female rider it can be quite daunting going into these places alone but he was kind and knowledgeable. I love my bike and knoe where to come first my big bike. Plus zac on front of house is always friendly and gives a warm welcome. Great bike shop!

Quality people, quality service, quality bikes. Got my first ride here recently and she runs lovely. I look forward to coming back for my MOT later this year. Highly recommended.

Bought a kurz rt1 50cc a little while ago and it’s been a great bike since I had it. Throttle cable did snap but that’s normal for a bike and cheap to fix. Good shop highly recommend

Did my research, then popped in to see the team at HI, Zach was super helpful and friendly, obviously very knowledgeable about bikes and accessories, made me feel at ease instantly, discussed bikes and options, then onto riding gear and pros and cons of the helmets, decided to buy a Zontes Z2 125, and collected it today (29/04/26), Zach took the time to talk me though the whole bike and which security items would actually work for me, gave solid practical advice on riding the first solo ride in 40 years! Made me feel I could turn up and he'd make time for me. Absolutely 5* review, it's hard to find this level of customer service. Massive thank you Zach, take a bow!!

I visited the dealership on a Saturday morning The salesman was very knowledgeable I brought the bike it was delivered the same day I will be going back in a few months for first service

Great friendly service and staff, just had a foot peg fitted for free!
